OEM Mens Polo Shirts Manufacturer In Bangladesh
This OEM men's polo programme runs on your specification: your tech pack sets the pattern, the shades and the trims, and our Bangladesh factory knits, dyes and sews the order under your label. The pictured style is a royal blue pique polo with a burgundy contrast collar, a burgundy stripe over the shoulder and down each sleeve, and a three-button placket - one buyer's specification, made exactly as drawn. Send the file for a single style or a full range; every colourway is sampled first, approved by you, and then sewn to that approved sample.
Materials: Cotton pique knitted and dyed to your specified shades, with collar, stripe and cuff yarns dyed and checked as one matched set per colourway.
Functionality: A three-button placket, a contrast collar holding one fine white tipping line, and shoulder stripes and cuff bands that keep their shape wash after wash.
Size: Your size chart or ours - S to 3XL in men's grading, with tolerances measured against the specification on every colourway.
Customization: The OEM part itself: your woven label, your tags, your chest mark embroidered where your file places it, and packing finished to your format.

OEM Mens Polo Shirts Manufacturer In Bangladesh
Your Specification, Sewn as Drawn
OEM work starts with a file, not a catalogue. You send the tech pack - pattern, measurements, shades, trims, label artwork - and this factory builds the polo to that file. The royal blue style in the gallery is one buyer's specification carried through exactly: burgundy contrast collar, burgundy stripe over the shoulder and down the sleeve, burgundy cuff bands, three buttons, plain chest. Your file can set every one of those points differently, and the order still runs the same way: sampled, approved by you, then sewn to the approved sample and nothing else.
The Contrast Collar Build, Part by Part
- Fabric: cotton pique with a sharp, even weave, dyed to your specified shade cards
- Collar: burgundy contrast collar with one fine white tipping line knitted into the edge
- Stripe: burgundy panel stripe running from the collar over the shoulder and down each sleeve
- Cuffs: burgundy cuff bands with the same fine white tipping line
- Placket: three white buttons on a straight, reinforced placket
- Chest: completely plain, ready for your mark or left clean
- Colourways: royal blue leads; bright red, emerald green, orange and white run on the same specification
- Fit: regular men's block, graded S to 3XL, or your own pattern and chart
Stripes Placed Where the File Puts Them
A shoulder stripe is a measured detail, not a decoration added at the sewing table. Its width, its start point at the collar and its line down the sleeve are set on the sample from your file, then held on the bulk by panel cutting: the stripe is part of the panel, cut and sewn as one piece, so it cannot drift between sizes or between cartons. On this style the burgundy stripe runs unbroken from collar to cuff band on both sleeves, front and back panels aligned at the shoulder seam.
Five Colourways on One Buyer's Pattern
Royal blue leads this programme because it carries the burgundy contrast at its clearest. Bright red, emerald green, orange and white run behind it on the identical specification - same burgundy collar, same stripe, same cuff bands, same three-button placket, same size chart. A buyer can file one tech pack and build a five-colour wall from it, and reorders in any colourway come back against the same approved sample set.
Plain Chest, Ready for Your Mark
The chest on this style is left plain on purpose. OEM buyers place their own mark there: an embroidered badge, a small woven flag at the hem, or nothing at all for an unbranded programme. The position, size and thread shades of any mark are set on your sample and photographed back to you for approval before bulk sewing starts, so what arrives carries your branding exactly where your file puts it.
From Tech Pack to Approved Sample
Your file opens the job. Our pattern master cuts the first sample to your measurements, in your lead colourway, with the collar, stripe and cuff yarns dyed to your shade cards. The sample goes to you for fit and detail approval; comments come back, the sample is corrected if needed, and only a sample you have signed off becomes the sewing standard. Colourway samples follow in the remaining shades before bulk cutting begins.
Bulk Sewing Checked Against Your Sample
Production runs against two filed references: your tech pack and your approved sample, which travels with the order through the line. Yarn is dyed to the shade cards and checked under standard light before knitting; panels are cut as sets so collar, stripe and cuffs match the body on every shirt. Line inspection covers stripe placement, collar lie, placket and buttons; final inspection re-measures every size against your chart and compares finished shirts side by side with the approved sample.
Where OEM Polo Programmes Ship
United States: private label ranges built from one file
US private label buyers use this programme to run a house polo in five colourways from a single tech pack, with their own label and tags fitted at the factory and cartons packed ready for their distribution centres.
United Kingdom: uniform resellers with set specifications
UK uniform and workwear resellers order to fixed specification sheets that repeat season after season. The filed sample and shade cards mean the repeat order matches the first delivery point for point.
Germany: catalogue programmes that cannot drift
German catalogue buyers print the shirt in a book that stays live for a year or more, so the bulk has to match the photographed sample exactly. Stripe placement and shade are checked against the sample, not against memory.
UAE: event and promotion orders on a buyer's design
UAE promotion companies order polos built to a client's design for events and staff programmes, in bright colourways like this royal blue and orange, with the client's mark embroidered at the position their file sets.
Canada: retail chains running house-brand polos
Canadian retail chains run house-brand polos through this programme, setting their own size chart and packing format once and holding both across every reorder and every colourway.
Labels, Tags and Packing in Your Name
Your woven neck label is made to your artwork - the gallery close-up shows the label seat inside the collar of this style - and your swing tags, size stickers and polybag format are fitted as your file directs. Cartons are packed by colourway and size to your export format, marked with your references, and leave through Chattogram port against your shipping instructions.
Send Us Your Tech Pack
Send your tech pack, colourways, size chart and label artwork through the inquiry basket on this page. We reply with factory prices, a sampling plan for each colourway, and a production schedule built around your delivery date.
OEM Polo Questions, Answered
Can you sew from our own tech pack?
Yes - that is how this programme runs. Your file sets the pattern, shades, trims and branding, and the bulk is sewn to the sample you approve from it.
Can the collar and stripe colours be changed?
Yes. Burgundy is this buyer's choice; your file can set any contrast pairing, and the collar, stripe and cuff yarns are dyed to your shade cards as one matched set.
Do samples come before bulk production?
Always. A pre-production sample is made in your lead colourway and approved by you first, with colourway samples following before cutting starts.
Will our label and tags be fitted at the factory?
Yes. Your woven label, swing tags and packing format are fitted during production, to the artwork and positions your file sets.
What sizes can the programme run?
S to 3XL on a regular men's block as standard, or graded to your own size chart if your file carries one.
Can several colourways run inside one order?
Yes. This programme runs five colourways on one specification, and each is sampled and shade-checked before its bulk sewing starts.
