A Dhaka Garment Manufacturer Built Around Confirmed Orders
Shadanatex Bangladesh is a garment manufacturer and exporter based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our work begins only when a buyer confirms an order. We hold no stock and keep no ready-made inventory for sale, because every program we produce is made for one buyer, to that buyer's specification, in that buyer's colours, sizes and packaging.
This make-to-order model shapes everything we do. It means a buyer is never asked to choose from leftover production or from garments sewn for someone else. Instead, the fabric, the fit, the decoration and the packing are all set by the order itself. For importers and brands that need their own product rather than a warehouse substitute, that difference matters from the first sample to the final carton.
Our team works with buyers through the full life of an order: reviewing the tech pack, developing samples, sourcing fabric and trims, cutting and sewing, decorating, finishing, inspecting and packing for export. One order, one specification, one responsible factory contact from start to finish.
T-Shirts, Polo Shirts and Sportswear Made to Order in Bangladesh
Our production focuses on knit garments that buyers reorder season after season. The core range covers five product families, each produced to order in the buyer's chosen fabric weight, colour and size range.
- T-shirts: crew neck, V-neck and long sleeve styles for retail, promotional and private label programs.
- Polo shirts: classic pique polos for corporate wear, hospitality, schools and team use.
- Sports jerseys and sportswear tees: team jerseys and performance-style tops built for clubs, leagues and event programs.
- Blank t-shirts: undecorated garments supplied for printers, decorators and blank apparel distributors.
- Uniform polos: consistent, repeatable polo programs for staff uniforms and workwear buyers.
Within each family, the buyer sets the details: fabric composition, garment weight, neck style, sleeve length, pocket options, button or placket choices, and the size curve. We sew to those instructions rather than to a fixed house pattern, so the finished garment matches the buyer's own range, not a generic substitute.
How Make-to-Order Production Works at Shadanatex
Because nothing is made in advance, each order follows the same clear path. Understanding that path helps buyers plan their own calendars and approval points.
- Enquiry and specification: the buyer sends a tech pack, artwork or a reference sample, along with quantities per colour and size.
- Sampling: we develop a sample so the buyer can check fit, fabric, colour and construction before bulk production is approved.
- Fabric and trim sourcing: yarns, fabrics, buttons, labels and other trims are sourced to the agreed specification for that order.
- Cutting and sewing: approved fabric moves to cutting, then to the sewing lines, where each style is made in its confirmed colours and sizes.
- Decoration: printing or embroidery is applied where the program calls for it, matched to the buyer's artwork and placement instructions.
- Finishing and inspection: garments are trimmed, checked, pressed and packed to the buyer's packing format.
At each stage, the reference point is the buyer's approved sample and written specification. If a detail is not in the specification, we ask rather than guess, because a made-to-order garment cannot be pulled from a shelf to replace a wrong assumption.
Quality Checked at Every Stage of Sewing and Finishing
Quality in a make-to-order factory is not a single final look at the end of the line. It is a series of small checks that start before the first panel is cut. Fabric is reviewed on arrival against the order specification. Cut panels are checked before they reach the sewing floor. In-line checks during sewing catch stitching, seam and measurement issues while a style is still on the line, when a correction is quick and clean.
After sewing, garments pass through finishing, where loose threads are removed, garments are pressed, and each piece is checked against the approved sample for appearance, measurement and decoration placement. Cartons are packed only after the finished garments have passed this review, and packing follows the buyer's format for size ratios, polybag use and carton marking.
This stage-by-stage approach suits made-to-order work. Since every order is different, the check at each stage is always against that order's own sample and specification, not against a standard house garment.
Who Buys From Our Bangladesh Factory
Our buyers share one thing in common: they need garments made for their own program, not taken from stock. The buyers we serve most often include the following.
Importers and Wholesalers Ordering Knitwear From Bangladesh
Importers and wholesalers buy core knit styles in their own colours and size ranges, often repeating successful styles across seasons. Made-to-order production lets them set fabric weight and construction to suit their market rather than accepting whatever a stock supplier holds.
Brands Building Private Label T-Shirt and Polo Ranges
Clothing brands and private label buyers use our sampling and production to build ranges under their own labels, with their own neck labels, hang tags and packaging. The garment, the label and the pack all follow the brand's specification.
Teams, Clubs and Uniform Buyers Needing Repeatable Programs
Sports teams and clubs order jerseys and sportswear tees in team colours with printed or embroidered decoration. Uniform buyers, including companies dressing staff in polo shirts, value repeatability: the same style, colour and fit, order after order, so new staff and replacement garments match the existing set.
Repeat Orders Sewn to the Same Approved Standard
Most of our work is not one-off. A buyer who approves a polo shirt for a staff uniform program, or a t-shirt style for a retail range, usually comes back for the same garment in a later season. Made-to-order production supports that pattern well, because the approved sample, the pattern and the written specification stay on record with us.
When a repeat order arrives, we work from that saved reference rather than starting again from a description. The fit, the fabric, the colours and the packing follow the earlier approval, so the new production matches the garments the buyer already sells or issues. If the buyer wants a change, a new colour, an added size or a revised print, the change is agreed and sampled first, while everything unchanged stays exactly as approved.
This record-keeping also helps new buyers. A program does not depend on one person's memory of a conversation. The specification is written down, the sample is kept, and each order is checked against both. That is how a factory stays consistent when the people placing the order, or sewing it, are not the same people who handled the first run.
Starting Your First Order With Shadanatex Bangladesh
Starting an order is straightforward. Send us your tech pack, artwork or a clear description of the garment you want made, together with the colours, sizes and quantities you have in mind. If you are developing a new style, a reference photograph or a physical sample you already own is a useful starting point for our sampling team.
From there, we review the specification, raise any questions before sampling begins, and develop a sample for your approval. Only after you approve the sample does bulk production go ahead, so the garment you receive matches the garment you signed off.
To discuss a program, contact Shadanatex Bangladesh by email at [email protected], by phone on (02) 222-285-548, or through our office line on (+880-2) 222-262-889. Tell us what you want to make, and we will walk you through the next step.
