Services

Our services cover the full path of a made-to-order garment program, from pattern and sample development through fabric sourcing, sewing, printing and embroidery, private label packing, inspection and export shipment support for buyers ordering from Bangladesh. Each order starts from the buyer's own tech pack and approved sample.

Pattern and Sample Development From Buyer Tech Packs

Every made-to-order program starts with a sample. Buyers send a tech pack, a measurement chart, artwork or a reference garment, and our team turns that information into a physical sample the buyer can hold, measure and judge.

Pattern work follows the buyer's own measurements and fit intent. If the tech pack calls for a relaxed body, a longer length or a particular sleeve shape, the pattern is drafted to those points rather than to a house block. Where a measurement or construction detail is unclear, we raise the question before cutting the sample, so the first sample answers the buyer's real questions instead of creating new ones.

The sample stage is also where fabric hand feel, colour and decoration placement are settled. A buyer can approve, adjust or reject details at this point at low cost. Once the sample is approved and signed off, it becomes the reference standard for the bulk order: the same fit, the same construction and the same finish, repeated across the full quantity.

Buyers developing a new range often start with one or two styles, approve samples, and then extend the range in later orders using the patterns already agreed. That pattern history makes repeat sampling faster and keeps fit consistent across a growing program.

Fabric and Trim Sourcing Matched to Your Specification

Because we hold no stock, fabric and trims are sourced for each confirmed order, against the buyer's specification. The tech pack usually sets the key points: fibre composition, fabric structure such as single jersey or pique, garment weight, and colour. We source to those points and confirm the match before bulk cutting begins.

Colour work deserves care. Buyers may supply a colour standard, a swatch or a reference garment, and the sourced fabric is checked against that standard so the bulk matches the approved sample. Where several colours run in one order, each colour is sourced and checked on its own, because a correct red does not prove a correct green.

Trims are handled the same way: buttons, drawcords, zips, elastic, neck tape, woven labels and hang tags are sourced to the specification for that order. Matching trims to the garment at the sourcing stage prevents the delays and mismatches that appear when trims are treated as an afterthought.

Buyers who already work with a nominated fabric or trim source can tell us at the enquiry stage, and we will plan the order around that nomination where the specification allows. Buyers without a nominated source simply set the fabric and trim requirements in the tech pack, and we source against those requirements and confirm the match at sampling.

Cutting, Sewing and Finishing Under One Roof

Production moves through cutting, sewing and finishing as one connected flow. Approved fabric is cut to the order's patterns and size ratios, with panels checked before they pass to the sewing lines. Sewing follows the construction set out in the tech pack and confirmed in the approved sample: seam types, stitch settings, placket construction, collar and cuff finishing, hem finish and any pocket or panel details.

Keeping the stages connected matters for made-to-order work. The team sewing a garment can check a question against the approved sample held in the factory, and the finishing team works to the same reference. Measurements are checked against the buyer's chart during production, not only at the end, so a drifting measurement is caught while it can still be corrected across the order.

Finishing completes the garment: thread trimming, pressing, folding and preparation for packing. A garment that leaves the sewing line well made can still disappoint if it is badly pressed or carelessly folded, so finishing is treated as part of the product, not as an afterthought before the carton.

Custom Printing and Embroidery Programs for Buyer Artwork

Many programs call for decoration: a chest print on a t-shirt, an embroidered logo on a polo, a number or name on a team jersey. We apply printing and embroidery to the buyer's own artwork, following the size, position and colour instructions in the tech pack or artwork file.

Artwork is reviewed before production so that size, placement and colour expectations are agreed at the sample stage. The decorated sample shows the buyer exactly how the print or embroidery will sit on the garment, and that approved placement is then repeated across the bulk order. For team and uniform programs, this repeatability is the point: every shirt in the set carries the same mark in the same place.

Buyers who sell blank garments can skip decoration entirely, while printers and decorators often order blanks from us and apply their own decoration later. Both routes are normal parts of our made-to-order work.

Private Label, Packaging and Presentation Options

For brands and private label buyers, the garment is only part of the product. The label, the tag and the pack carry the buyer's own identity, and we build those elements into the order rather than adding them as an extra.

Private label work covers woven neck labels and printed labels made to the buyer's artwork, together with hang tags, size stickers and other presentation pieces the program requires. Labels are sewn or applied during production, in the position the buyer's specification sets, so the finished garment arrives ready for the buyer's own range.

Packing follows the buyer's format: individual polybags where requested, agreed size ratios per carton, and carton marking to the buyer's instructions. A buyer receiving cartons that match their warehouse or retail handling saves time at their end, which is why packing details are confirmed with the order, not improvised at the end of production.

Quality Inspection Before Any Carton Is Closed

Inspection runs through production rather than sitting only at the end of it. Fabric is reviewed when it arrives, panels are checked after cutting, and garments are reviewed in line during sewing. These early checks protect the final one: by the time garments reach finishing, most problems have already been found and corrected.

The final inspection checks finished garments against the approved sample and the buyer's specification: measurements, stitching and seam quality, fabric appearance, decoration placement, label position and overall presentation. Garments that fail a point are set aside for correction or removal, and only garments that pass are folded and packed.

Carton-level checks close the process. Quantities per size and colour are counted against the packing list, and carton marking is checked against the buyer's format, so the shipment that leaves Dhaka matches the order that was confirmed.

Export Packing and Shipment Support From Dhaka

As an exporter based in Dhaka, we prepare finished orders for international shipment as part of the service. Export packing protects the garments in transit and keeps cartons identifiable on arrival: strong cartons, clear marking and packing lists that match the contents of each carton.

We work with the buyer's shipment arrangements and provide the packing information the buyer's side needs, including carton counts, size and colour breakdowns and the packing list for the order. Clear paperwork at this stage prevents confusion at the buyer's warehouse, where the first question is always whether the cartons that arrived match the order that was placed.

Buyers in the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada and the UAE, along with many other countries, order through this same process: specification, sample approval, production, inspection, export packing and shipment. Whatever the destination, the service path stays the same, and the reference at every step is the buyer's own approved sample.
