Mens Polyester Dri Fit Work T-Shirt Exporter
This men's polyester dri fit work t-shirt is made to order in our Bangladesh factory for crews working long shifts in warm halls, yards and delivery rounds. The body is a fine perforated mesh that lets air through the cloth and dries fast after washing, sewn in grey marl with a royal blue panel running from each side of the neck, over the shoulder and down the side of the body, finishing under the sleeve. The shape stays plain: ribbed crew neck, short set-in sleeves, straight hem, chest left clear. All five colourways share one pattern, so a mixed order still dresses a crew as one team.
Materials: Grey marl perforated polyester mesh, royal blue panels at the neck, shoulders, sides and sleeve undersides, ribbed crew neck band.
Functionality: A light mesh body in a regular work fit, short sleeves that leave the arms free, a straight stitched hem that sits flat under a vest.
Size: Men's sizes S to 3XL, stepped from one master pattern, the size split agreed with you at sampling.
Customization: Panels set to your company colours, your logo printed or embroidered on the chest, your woven label and tags fitted.

A Work Shirt Built for Long, Warm Shifts
A work tee has a harder day than a sports shirt. It goes on at the start of a shift, stays on through loading, lifting, driving and sorting, and gets washed hard at the end of the week. This men's polyester dri fit work t-shirt is sewn for that routine: a perforated mesh body that does not hold heat, a panel line that keeps the shirt looking like a uniform rather than a plain tee, and a cut with nothing spare to catch on racks, belts or door frames. Buyers order it for warehouse teams, delivery crews, cleaning staff and site workers who need one shirt across the whole crew.
The Shirt, Part by Part
- Body: grey marl perforated polyester mesh on a regular men's work block, with red, orange, lime and sky sewn as the same shirt
- Panels: one contrast strip from each side of the neck, over the shoulder, down the side body to the hem and under the sleeve
- Neck: ribbed crew neck band in the body shade, holding its shape through repeated washing
- Sleeves: short set-in sleeves with stitched hems, panel fabric lining the underside
- Chest: plain, with no pocket, no logo and no print, kept clear for the buyer's own mark
- Hem: straight stitched hem, body fabric running to the bottom edge, no ribbed band
- Fit: regular work fit with room to move, bend and lift
- Sizes: men's S to 3XL on men's grading
One Panel Line From Neck to Hem
The panel is what turns a plain mesh tee into a uniform. It starts at the neck, crosses the shoulder on the diagonal, then turns and runs straight down the side of the body to the hem, with the same fabric lining the underside of the sleeve. Because the strip is cut and sewn as one piece on each side, the line never breaks at the armhole, and it lands in the same place on every shirt in the run. On the grey marl lead the panel is royal blue; the strip is wide enough to read across a warehouse floor, but the chest stays clear for a company logo.
Perforations That Let the Heat Out
The body cloth is a fine perforated mesh: small openings spread evenly through the knit let air pass as the wearer moves, and sweat spreads across the surface and dries instead of soaking one patch. The finish is dry and matte, with no slick shine, and the openings keep their shape wash after wash. Polyester holds its colour under hard laundering and does not stretch out at the neck or hem the way a soft cotton tee can after a season of work washes.
Five Colourways, One Uniform Look
Grey marl with royal panels leads the set, the easiest colourway to keep looking clean through a working week. Red with charcoal panels and orange with royal panels give high-visibility-adjacent options for yards and roadside crews without going full safety wear. Lime with charcoal panels reads fresh for cleaning and facilities teams, and sky with royal panels suits delivery and service staff. The panel pairing is fixed inside each colourway across the front, back, range and stack, so a reorder of any single colourway matches the shirts already on the crew.
Made for Crews, Not Just Players
Panel mesh tees are usually sold as sportswear, but the work version earns its keep differently. The regular fit leaves room over a base layer in winter and air room in summer. The straight hem sits flat under a safety vest or a tool belt, and the plain chest takes a printed or embroidered company mark at the position fixed on the approved sample. Crew managers order one colourway per department or per shift, keeping the same panel design across the whole site so staff read as one company.
Samples First, Then Bulk Cutting
An order starts with your colour split, size split and panel tones. We sew a pre-production sample in grey marl first, panels placed and measured for your approval, and bulk cutting begins only when you sign that sample off. Bodies are cut, panels sewn, necks banded, and finished shirts measured across the size run against the sample before packing. Cartons are packed by colourway and size, marked for your warehouse, and leave through Chattogram port on the schedule agreed at order.
Where These Work T-Shirts Are Ordered
Germany: warehouse crews in warm storage halls
German logistics firms order the grey marl lead for picking and packing teams, the mesh body keeping crews cooler through summer shifts in unheated-then-hot halls.
United States: delivery and route service teams
American route operators dress drivers and loaders in sky and red, one colourway per region, the plain chest carrying the company mark.
United Kingdom: facilities and cleaning contractors
British cleaning contractors take lime and grey marl for site teams, splitting one order across contracts while every shirt keeps the same panel line.
Canada: municipal and parks work crews
Canadian councils and contractors order orange and red for outdoor summer crews, the panel reading clearly at a distance across parks and depots.
Australia: road and yard crews in hot regions
Australian yard operators choose the perforated body for heat, white-hot days making the quick-drying mesh the deciding factor for repeat orders.
Reorders Sewn to the Same Panel
A uniform shirt is only useful if the reorder matches the shirts already in service. The panel width, panel placement, mesh standard and shade references from your first order are filed with the approved sample, and reorders are cut and sewn from those records. New shirts join the crew rack beside last season's with the panel line in the same place and the colours held to the same standard.

Questions Buyers Ask About This Work T-Shirt
How fast does the mesh dry during a shift?
Fast. The perforations let air move through the cloth as the wearer works, and moisture spreads and dries on the surface instead of sitting against the skin.
Can the panels carry our company colours?
Yes. The panel strip is a separate sewn piece, so its colour is set at sampling to your company tones and then held across the full run and any reorder.
Does the shirt carry a factory logo?
No. The chest is plain. Your logo is the only chest branding, printed or embroidered at the position fixed on the approved sample, with your woven neck label fitted inside.
Is the bottom hem ribbed?
No. The hem is straight stitched, with the mesh body running to the bottom edge. The only ribbed part of the shirt is the crew neck band.
What sizes does the men's run cover?
S to 3XL on men's grading, stepped from one master pattern. Body and sleeve lengths can be adjusted at sampling if your size chart calls for it.
How do we start a first order?
Send colourways, size split, quantities and panel tones through the inquiry basket. We reply with prices, a sample plan and a schedule, pricing the order as specified.
