Shadanatex Bangladesh does not send spam. This page explains, in plain words, what messages we send, what we never send, and how to stop hearing from us at any time.
What we send
We only contact people who have asked to hear from us:
- Replies to inquiries sent through our contact form or by email, including the price quotations you requested.
- Order and production updates for customers we are working with.
- New product and price updates to people who joined our WhatsApp list themselves, using the join button on this website.
What we never do
- We never send unsolicited bulk email.
- We never buy, rent or use mailing lists from third parties.
- We never use misleading subject lines, false sender names or hidden identities. Every message from us clearly comes from Shadanatex Bangladesh.
- We never sell, rent or share your email address or phone number with anyone else for their marketing.
Stopping our messages
If you no longer want to hear from us, just tell us. Reply to any email and ask to be removed, or message us on WhatsApp and ask to leave the list. We remove you promptly and do not contact you again, except to answer something you ask us directly.
Your contact details
Details you share with us - through the contact form, by email or through the WhatsApp join - are used only to answer you and to serve you as a customer. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If spam claims to be from us
If you receive spam that pretends to come from Shadanatex Bangladesh, it did not come from us. Please let us know at [email protected] so we can look into it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated text will be posted on this page. Questions about this policy are welcome at [email protected] or (02) 222-285-548.
