Tank Tops Supplier in Bangladesh - Mens Sleeveless Vests
This men's tank top is sewn as a classic sleeveless vest: a scoop neck and deep armholes finished with self-fabric binding, a slim young fit and a straight hem that finishes at the hip. The pictured colour is royal blue, and the same pattern runs in white, grey, red and burgundy, each with your own woven label sewn in the neck.
Materials: A single jersey knit in cotton or a cotton blend, in the 160 to 180 GSM band, knitted light enough for hot weather and training wear. The binding is cut from the same cloth, so the neck and armholes keep their colour and shape wash after wash.
Functionality: The deep armholes leave the shoulders free for training, gym work and summer ranges, and the binding holds the openings flat instead of letting them curl. Sizes run S to XXL from a size M body of 53 cm across the chest and 72 cm in length. Made to order in our Bangladesh factory, in your colours and your size run.

Mens Tank Tops
A Tank Tops Supplier in Bangladesh for Sleeveless Programmes
Shadanatex Bangladesh works as a tank tops supplier in Bangladesh for labels that build a sleeveless line into their summer, gym and layering ranges. The vest on this page is the pattern those programmes start from: a scoop neck, deep armholes and a straight hem, cut slim for a young wearer and finished with binding cut from the same cloth as the body. It is a plain garment on purpose. A tank top earns its place in a range by fitting clean, washing well and carrying the buyer's label without fuss, and that is exactly how this one is made.
- Scoop neck, deep armholes, straight hem
- Cut slim for a young wearer
- Self-fabric binding at every opening
- Your label at the back neck
Every order is sewn to order in our Bangladesh factory. Nothing on this page comes off a stock shelf: the buyer picks the fabric weight, the colours, the size run and the label, and the garments are cut and sewn against that order. The royal blue vest in the pictures is one colourway of five, and the same cutting table handles the white, grey, red and burgundy versions in the same run.
The Cut: Slim, Young and Clean at the Openings
The body is a young slim fit, shaped close through the chest and waist without pulling tight. On the size M reference the chest measures 53 cm across and the body length is 72 cm, and the other sizes grade from that body in even steps from S to XXL. The length is set to finish at the hip, long enough to tuck in or wear over shorts and training pants, and the hem is straight with a clean double-stitched finish that sits flat instead of curling up after the first wash.
Binding that holds its edge
The neckline and armholes are where a cheap tank top gives itself away. Wide openings cut without proper binding stretch out of shape, gap at the shoulder and twist after washing. On this vest the scoop neck and both armholes are finished with self-fabric binding, cut from the same jersey as the body and sewn with a steady stitch line that follows the curve. The binding holds the openings at their sewn shape, keeps the shoulder line tidy on the hanger and gives the garment its finished look at the rail. The shoulder width is kept narrow in the young fit style, so the vest reads as a modern tank rather than an old undershirt.
- Self-fabric binding on neck and armholes
- Openings hold their sewn shape
- Shoulder line stays tidy on the hanger
- Narrow shoulder width, young fit
Single Jersey Knitted for Hot Weather
The body is single jersey, the knit that made the t-shirt the default summer garment. For tank tops we knit it in the 160 to 180 GSM band: light enough to breathe through a hot day or a training session, heavy enough to hang straight and take a chest print without going thin at the stitch line. Cotton jersey is the standard route, soft against the skin with a matte surface. Cotton blends with a small polyester share are knitted for gym lines that want faster drying and harder wear, and a touch of elastane can be added where a buyer wants the body to hold closer during movement.
- Single jersey, 160 to 180 GSM
- Cotton jersey as the standard route
- Cotton blends for gym lines
- Elastane option for a closer hold
The jersey is knitted and dyed in the same supply chain as our t-shirt programme, so colour matching between a tank top order and a matching tee order is a routine job rather than a special request. Buyers building a full summer set can run the vest and the tee in the same dye lot and put them in the same carton plan.
How the Tank Top Is Made
Production starts at the cutting table, where the slim pattern is laid to keep the grain straight down the body. A twisted grain is the quiet fault behind vests that spiral after washing, so the lay is checked before the knife moves. Panels then go to the binding line, where the neck and armhole binding is attached in one pass per opening and pressed flat. Side seams are sewn with an overlock that keeps the inside clean against the skin, and the hem is finished on a coverstitch machine so it stretches with the body instead of cracking its thread when pulled.
- Grain checked straight before cutting
- Binding attached in one pass per opening
- Overlocked side seams, clean inside
- Coverstitch hem that stretches with the body
Every finished vest passes a hand check before folding: openings measured against the pattern, stitch lines read along their full length, and the label position confirmed at the back neck. Pieces that fail the check are pulled at the table, not at the packing line, so the cartons that leave the factory hold only garments that passed.
The Programme at a Glance
The table below sets out the standard route and the custom route for the main points of an order. Most buyers mix the two: standard fabric and fit, custom colours, label and packing.
| Part of the order | Standard route | Custom route |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric | Single jersey, 160 to 180 GSM, cotton | Cotton blend, elastane share, or a set weight to your spec |
| Colours | White, grey, royal blue, red and burgundy | Dyed to a sent reference or colour code |
| Neck and armholes | Self-fabric binding, scoop neck | Wider or narrower binding, racer back cut |
| Chest mark | Plain chest | Print or embroidery from your artwork |
| Neck label | Your woven label sewn in the neck | Label woven from your artwork file |
| Size run | S to XXL, size M at 53 cm chest and 72 cm length | Your own size chart and grading |
| Packing | Folded, one piece per polybag | Your ratio packs, boxes and carton marks |
Five Colours on the Rail, Any Colour to Order
The pictured range runs white, grey, royal blue, red and burgundy - a working spread for summer and gym programmes, with no black and no navy in the set. Royal blue is the photographed colour because it shows the binding and stitch lines most clearly. Where a buyer needs a house colour, a team colour or a shade matched to another garment in the range, the jersey is dyed to the reference or colour code sent with the order, and the approval sample is sewn in that dyed cloth so the colour is judged on the finished vest, not on a swatch alone.
- White, grey, royal blue, red and burgundy
- No black and no navy in the set
- House colours dyed to your reference
- Approval sample sewn in the dyed cloth
Your Label, Your Packing
The vest is built for private label work. Your woven label is sewn into the back neck in the Design B position used across our knit programme, with the size mark under it, and the label can be woven from your artwork file where you need your own lettering. A chest print or a small embroidery can be added from your artwork; the approval sample carries the finished mark at its production size and position, so what you sign off is what the bulk run repeats. Packing follows your instruction: single pieces folded in polybags as standard, or ratio packs and branded boxes where your retail route asks for them. Carton marks and size ratios are set per order, per destination.
- Woven label at the back neck, your artwork
- Chest print or embroidery from your file
- Approval sample carries the finished mark
- Polybags, ratio packs or branded boxes
- Carton marks and ratios set per destination
What to Check on the Sample
A tank top sample tells you most of what you need if you read it in the right order. Start at the openings: run the neckline and armhole binding between finger and thumb and feel for even thickness, then stretch each opening gently and watch it settle back to shape. Lay the vest flat and check that both side seams hang straight and the hem sits level - a hem that climbs on one side means a twisted panel. Hold the body up to the light to judge the jersey weight, wash the sample once and measure the chest and length against the size chart to read the shrinkage for yourself. Finish at the label: it should sit centred at the back neck with the size mark straight under it. We sew the approval sample to be checked this way, and the bulk order is held to the same sample.
- Feel the binding, stretch the openings
- Lay flat: seams straight, hem level
- Hold the body to the light, judge the weight
- Wash once, measure against the size chart
- Label centred, size mark straight
One Supplier for the Whole Summer Range
Most buyers who order this vest are building a wider warm-weather programme. The same factory floor runs our full made-to-order t-shirts programme, so tees and tanks can be planned together in matched colours and one shipment. Training lines often pair the vest with our sports t-shirts from our Bangladesh garments factory, which share the same label and packing routes. If you are speccing a sleeveless line now, send your colours, sizes and artwork and send your inquiry - we answer with a sample plan first, before any bulk commitment.
A Tank Tops Factory in Bangladesh Behind the Vest
Every vest in this programme is made in our own tank tops factory in Bangladesh, and buyers comparing tank tops factories in Bangladesh can check the binding line, the cutting table and the packing bench in one visit. Shadanatex Bangladesh also works as a tank tops manufacturer in Bangladesh for private label summer ranges, and as a tank tops exporter in Bangladesh we pack and document every shipment ourselves. Gym and retail buyers run wholesale tank tops on the same lines, in cotton or blended jersey.
Tank top programmes ship to buyers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and Australia. The same summer range includes our mens shorts manufacturer in Bangladesh programme and our cargo pants manufacturer in Bangladesh programme.
Questions Buyers Ask
What fabrics can the tank tops be made in?
Single jersey is the standard cloth, knitted at 160 to 180 GSM in cotton. Cotton blends are knitted for gym and training lines, and a small elastane share can be added where the fit needs to hold closer. Heavier or lighter weights are knitted to order when your spec calls for them.
Can we order colours outside the five shown?
Yes. White, grey, royal blue, red and burgundy are the pictured range. The jersey can be dyed to a reference sample or a colour code, and your approval sample is sewn in the dyed cloth so you judge the colour on the garment itself.
Do you sew our own label into the vest?
Yes. Your woven label goes into the back neck with the size mark under it, as shown in the pictures. Send your artwork and the label is woven to it, then fitted to the approval sample before bulk sewing starts.
What sizes do you make?
The standard run is S to XXL, graded from a size M body of 53 cm across the chest and 72 cm in length. If your market works to its own chart, send it with the order and the pattern is graded to your measurements instead.
Can the tank top carry a chest print or embroidery?
Yes. A print or a small embroidery is applied from your artwork at the size and position you set, and the approval sample carries the finished mark so you can judge it before the bulk run.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Quantities depend on the fabric, the number of colours and the size run in the order, so for the MOQ, consult with our team. Send your colours and sizes and we will quote the workable quantity for that exact spec.
How does an order begin?
Send your colours, sizes, quantities per size and your label artwork. We answer with a sample plan, sew the sample for your approval, and set the production schedule once you confirm it. Nothing goes to bulk before the sample is signed off.
